1. General Policy

Due to the spiritual, devotional, and personal nature of our products, returns and exchanges are limited. We encourage customers to review product descriptions, images, and specifications carefully before making a purchase.

2. Eligible Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or broken

The product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered

The item is missing from the order

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Opened or used pooja items

Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Products marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale”

Customized or specially prepared devotional items

Perishable or consumable religious products (if applicable)

4. Conditions for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for return or exchange:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact

Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) must be provided

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

5. Return Request Process 

To request a return or exchange:

1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery

2. Share your Order ID, product details, and clear images/videos of the issue

3. Our team will review and approve the request if eligible

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed by us

For other approved cases, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.

7. Exchanges 

Exchanges are subject to product availability

If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead

Only one exchange per order is permitted

8. Refunds

Refunds will be processed after the returned item passes quality inspection

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refund processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

9. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed

10. Refusal of Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if:
